That's my schedule for this semester. Less idealistic than I had one time set.

But with my part-time job at Fleet and along with being a preceptor and the other few things I'll be doing on the side (Inside Rutgers, Comic Relief 16 with CAP, Targum stuff, etc). maybe it's all for the best.

In other news, I'm scared about leaving college in two years. Life feels as if it's 'flying' by. Too fast.

City life is cool. Harrowing, but very cool.

I have more to say, but I don't feel like typing.

We always want what we can't have.

It's been one hell of a week. Two finals, moving out from Hardenbergh to Clothier, Work, Bulletin Boards, and New Mexico.

But everything worked out perfectly. I got an A in Scenic Art II, and I'm awaiting my grade for Arabic II. I'm hoping for an A, but I might have messed up on the final. We'll see what happens.

This summer was crazy. Very productive....14 credits, work, summer precepting, reading when I could, and going to the gym at least 3 times a week. In the end it was worth it. At least now I can relax a little bit in New Mexico.

I took a train to Newark airport stop, then rode the AirTrain to my terminal. I checked in at the e-ticket area. Not realizing you just come to the computer and 'sign-in' yourself, I stood in a line for 5 mins while the man at the desk stood distracted and what seemed to be frustrated at this computer screen.

Finally, I saw someone else just go up and put their ATM card in for identification purposes. I followed suit and when it was time for me to check my bag, the guy finally looked up and said "is that it, Mr. Muagub" (spelled Mahgoub)..."I'm sorry, I probably messed that up." And all I could this was you made me wait in a line for 5 mins for no reason at all, there is nothing else you can do to make me hate you more.

Going through security..everyone taking off their shoes....belts....watches, wallets, keys....it's crazy. The things we do for safety. Jesus, if I was a terrorist I would just find an easier location. SO much security for planes, but what about trains? Just an illusion of security and safety, alas.

The flight to Denver from Newark wasn't that bad. I slept most of the time. And the woman next to me gave me a piece of gum. I also finished reading "Mystic in the Theater"....a book I've been trying to finish probably for the past month...but just couldn't get the time together....It was alright.

I brought some books here to read.

Denver has a really nice airport. It's huge and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The flight from Dener to Albuquerque was delayed somewhat while we all waited on the plane. And lucky me, I get to sit next to the fat guy. I'm a big guy, but this guy took up the arm rest and everything. I couldn't move at all. I just prayed for it to be over soon. Luckily, the flight is only an hour long.

My mom was waiting for me. She looked very pregnant.

The drive from ABQ to Roswell is 3 hours. Traffic or no traffic....it's distance driving.

At first it was a little awkward between my mom and me. But eventually it settled back into the normal banter we used to have.

This morning Jessie woke me up. I gave him a big hug. And he kept touching my labret...going 'ouch..ouch' haha....then later Raffie woke up and I came into the room while he was playing and he looked at me like "what the hell are you doing HERE?" I put out my arms and he came right into my arms. It's crazy....I think he missed me? A baby...missing someone. He still remembers me. They both still remember me? Sonfabitches. I love them so much.

This morning they kept bothering me, lol, while mom slept. Jumping on me, making me take them outside, play them, feed them, etc. I was happy to do it. But honestly, they're like non-stop balls of energy. I'm like "want to watch tv...here....sit and watch." And a minute later they're all over me again.

eh. thats it. later.

The bank has agreed to give me off. Res Life has agreed to let me go to New Mexico. Summer courses will end Wednesday, August 18th. I will be on a plane Thursday, August 19th. The Clothier freshman move in Saturday, August 28th. Classes start September 1st, a Wednesday.

My schedule isn't 100% set. I'm debating taking 18 credits vs. 14, or maybe possibly, 17. I want to take Spanish 131, but I might chicken out. We'll see. I want to fulfill my Phi Beta Kappa Requirements. I could possibly do some type of summer program in Arabic next year. But I promised myself- NO MORE SUMMER COURSES! We'll see what happens.

The bank finally created the situation I needed to put my tuition reimbursement in. I'll let you know how it goes. Figure about a month before anything happens.

My grade got changed to an A. Finally.

And lastly...well, maybe I'll put this in a private entry. Because god forbid I actually speak my mind in my own journal, right?
